I left for Singapore and Hongkong for travelling shortly after completing my studies in Malaysia. I then went to Shenzhen and Tianjin looking for a job. I was unsatisfied with job available there and went to Shanghai for more career opportunities.
I worked for a Singapore Joint Venture Imperial F&B Plant. I spent quite long time in Shuikou, Changxing County, Zhejiang Province. Since then, I started to know the Internet and learned how to make good use of it. I was fascinated to chat online. My duties was replying faxes and implementing boss’s intentions.
I accompanied my boss to everywhere around the county as well as other cities in Zhejiang, like Huzhou for purchasing equipments and installations. Due to the large gap and disagreements between the other share holders in the board meeting. My boss left the factory at last and so did I.
I changed my work and tried several other jobs like being an English teacher in training centers in Shanghai, but it didn’t fit me at all. Anyway, I enjoyed my life and work in Shanghai. I love the city not only for the beauties of the skyscrapers and high class environment but the whole general feeling, the urban culture like Pub culture, metropolis ambiences all over the city and the people of modern style and high fashion art everywhere you may make a close touch of. Shanghai really impressed me a lot in many aspects and had a strong impact on my mind and heart. Along with the price increase in real estate, the living expenses made a heavy burden to me. I was fortunately picked up to act as an interpreter and assistant to an entrepreneur to pay a business visit to Charlotte, NC, USA on Sept. 20xx. I completed the mission successfully. I got the B1/B2 Visa to USA for one year multi-entry.
On Oct. 14, 20xx, I boarded on the flight CA-983 from Peking to Los Angeles. After the 15 hrs long flight and jet lag, I arrived in LAX on time and started the new life in America. I’ve been travelling over 30 cities, 20 states around the country. I love New York, I love Chicago, I love Las Vegas and I love USA.

我特别喜欢看小说，其中凡尔纳的小说是我的最爱;《海底两万里》、《汤姆·索亚历险记》等世界名著我都涉猎过;北书店街也常常留下我浏览的身影。读书的时候我会全身心地投入，这时的我心里只有书，什么也看不见、什么也听不见，简直就是 “走火入魔”，因此人送外号“小书迷”。
我还比较喜欢画素描，每当看见自己完成的作品，都会特别有成就感。其实我画出来的素描可能还不是那么的生动逼真、栩栩如生，但是，在我的不懈努力下，现在的我已经有了很大的进步，绘画技术也越来越高超。我相信，只要继续努力，我一定会更棒的!
我有不少优点，可金无足赤、人无完人，同样，我也有着某些缺点。

一般来讲，面试自我介绍中我们都会说说自己的优点和缺点，对应聘有利的优点有：注重学习、办事认真、容易相处、敢拼敢闯、不轻易认输、以厂为家等。了解了考官的偏好，回答就容易多了，关键看你如何将上述这些优点逐一分解为“缺点”：
1、我生来胆小、怕羞，没见过大世面，具体表现在：
①违法乱纪的事我想都不敢想，跟在别人后面参与也不敢;
②我从没见过什么大领导，人多时应付不了，只能干些具体、细碎的工作;
③我比较怕别人说我的坏话，尤其是说我工作做得不好。
点评：对会计、文秘、保管等岗位来说，胆小怕事不是缺点，而是领导信任的基础。用这样的人，领导比较放心。
2、我脾气太急，具体表现在：
①我打心眼里不喜欢磨洋工的人，总想尽快完成工作;

4、我比较粗线条，不拘小节，具体表现在：
①我做事大方向一般不错，但细节上有点丢三拉四，处理不好琐碎的事;

点评：大方向不错，基本上可以算优秀，如果再以“小节”来要求，未免有些太苛刻。这实际上是在暗示对方：我是一个做“头”的料!
5、有人说我抠门儿，用钱太吝啬，具体表现在：
①我上学时管理班费，同学们说我管钱太死，我知道花的不是自己的钱，却总也改不了;
②家里经济条件不太宽裕，所以我比较节俭，用钱都按计划来，不轻易打乱计划。
面试自我介绍中缺点要怎么说
1、坦然承认，博得认同
如果自己有缺点，最好的.办法就是坦然地承认它。为自己的缺点找足理由也无济于事，重要的是如何使别人在感情上认同你谈及自身缺点的态度。“你为什么留级过一年?”主考官这样问，你该怎么回答呢?可以这样回答：“我也觉得留级一年很不应该，当时我担任社团的负责人，全身投入到社团活动上，反而忽略了自己当学生的本分，等我察觉到这个错误时，我已经留级了。虽然我花在社团的心血，也带给我不少的收获，可是每想到自己因此而留级，就觉得很可耻，我一直都为此事耿耿于怀，更不愿重蹈覆辙。”要很诚实地承认自己的缺点。通常主考官会因此认为你是个知错就改的人，而且会因此认同你的处境，心存好感地继续听你说下去。
2、消除误会，缩短距离
有的“缺点”并不是缺点，而是一般意义的误会造成的，这时，你应及时澄清，缩短与对方心理上造成的差距。一个求职青年出身是高干家庭，他到一个普通单位去求职面试，在介绍自己时说：“我的父亲是高干，但他对我的要求很严格，家中虽有保姆，但洗我自己的衣服等活，从来不让保姆给我做，而让我亲自动手做，由于我是在这个环境长大的，什么事情都自己做，也从不依赖父亲的职权，所以，到你们单位，你们受的苦，我都能吃……”这位求职者抓住自己的家庭出身高干，是容易引起人们产生不能吃苦的看法的关键点，从自己的父亲对自己的严格要求入手，谈到自己对家庭出身的看法和对生活所采取的态度，以至让对方了解自己吃过苦，能吃苦的品质，和用人单位的观点相一致。这样一来，就缩小了与用人单位的距离，使他们觉得你在各方面都和自己一样。
3、明谈缺点，实论优点
有的考官常常对那些表现令人满意的考生提出令人尴尬的问题：“从事某项工作你有什么主要缺点或不足?”有的考生连连摇头，回答说没有，甚至有人反问：“您说呢?您给我指出来好吗?”等等;有的考生不假思索，脱口而出：“我的缺点就是特散漫，不愿意受纪律约束。”或从事某项工作的其他致命缺点，令人啼笑皆非。这样的考生人家敢要吗?而有的人回答却令考官赞叹不已，他们既不掩饰回避也非直截了当，而是联系大学生的共同弱点(缺乏实践经验、社会阅历较浅等)。
结合本专业的发展趋势(知识结构不其合理、专业知识不足以应对新的挑战等)及个性中的缺憾(如过分追求完美，可能开拓精神不够，或过于追求工作效率，小心谨慎不足等等)，讲讲自己正在克服和能够改正的弱点，谈理想与现实中的差距，讲那些表面是缺点但对某项工作有益的个性相当于说：“我很丑可是我很温柔”、“我很笨，但是我更忠于职守”等等，既体现了谦逊好学的美德，也正面回答了这一难题。心理研究表明，人际交往存在三种状态，一种是权威式，一种是理智式，一种是冲动式。在面试中更需要理智式的交往，而理智来自于充分准备，深思熟虑，而不是幼稚冲动。
一个人有缺点并不可怕，可怕的是不敢承认它、改正它，反而强词夺理。从辩证的角度看，缺点与优点是相互转化的，前提是正确地认识缺点，实实在在地改正缺点。“横看成岭侧成峰”，对缺点本身来讲，有些“缺点”对某种工作来说恰恰是优点;对有缺点的人来说，无论是消除误会，还是坦然承认，都会使消极评价转化为积极的评价。

★重要的是要看给谁介绍，介绍前要查阅面试人的资料。最好是想办法去看看老师长啥样，这样多少会心安一点。知道面试老师平常上课、和人说话是什么样子。如此一来，面试的时候哪怕他面容严肃，但是知道了老师本性其实非常和蔼可亲，还会被吓到吗？（如果你问如何知道老师上课的样子，只要你留心方法还是很多的，大家可以自行脑补…… ）

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao TongUniversity, P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering, Iam writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.
Education background
In 1995, I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology –widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During thefollowing undergraduate study, my academic records kept distinguished among thewhole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester,In 1999, I gotthe privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test.
At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA ranked top 5% in thedepartment. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given totalented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as theone and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade fordistinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing mygraduation thesis and trying for the honor of E_cellent Graduation Thesis.
Research e_perience and academic activity
When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began tonarrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL andMatlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. Itis now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilleda sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. Thiswas my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

2、你为什么会来本公司应聘？应聘者在面试前一般应多准备几个原因，但原因最好简短而切合实际。为了表明应聘的原因和工作意愿，回答的答案最好是能与应聘公司的产品和企业相关的，最好不要回答因为将来有发展空间，因为安定等答案，要表现出充分研究过企业的样子。
